Ingredients                                                 Directions 

1 Large Apple                                            Cut a large apple in half ( equal parts)

3 to 4 Grapes                                             Using a knife to crave the apple in a                                                                            zigzag pattern

3/4 of Yogurt

                                                                  Gently hollow out the center of the                                                                              apple (Leave some thickness  around                                                                        the edges to form a bowl)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon                          Add the yogurt to the apple bowl

1/2 teaspoon flax seeds                         Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon and                                                                             flax seeds

Try this mini fruit bowl it is a fresh take on your morning breakfast routine. It only takes 10 mins. It’s the Sunshine in a bowl. Depending on how many fruit bowls you are making 10 mins is tops for creating 4 fruit bowls equal to two full apples cut into halves equal to fours sections.
